This policy explains what information the Three Lemurs games (for example Hedgie Queens) use and why. It applies to our mobile and web games.
Who we are: the games are published by Three Lemurs LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA ("Three Lemurs", "we"), which is responsible for the data described here. Contact: stores@threelemurs.com.
Your progress, coins, settings and streaks are saved only on your device. We have no accounts and do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
Our free games show ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and approximate location. Where required (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions) we ask for your consent through Google's consent message before showing personalized ads; you can change your choice at any time from the game's settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. More information: How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
In-app purchases (coin packs, remove ads) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can deliver it.
When enabled, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played (for example which levels are hard, crashes, and how long sessions last). This data is pseudonymous: it is linked to a random app-instance identifier, not to your name. We use it only to improve our games.
With your permission, the game schedules local reminders on your device (for example "a new daily puzzle is ready"). They are created by the game itself; no data is sent to us. You can turn them off in the game's settings or your device settings.
If we add daily rankings, they will use Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center. Your public nickname and score are shared according to those services' own privacy policies.
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Because we don't have accounts, we do not hold personal data that identifies you. You can delete all game data by uninstalling the game, and manage advertising data from your device settings. To exercise your rights under the GDPR, CCPA or other laws, or to request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device, email stores@threelemurs.com — see also our support page.
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Our partners (Google, Apple) apply their own security measures and retention periods.
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the game.
