These terms are an agreement between you and Three Lemurs LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA ("Three Lemurs", "we"). By downloading or playing one of our games you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games on your devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them.
Coins, hints, streak shields and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. We may adjust their balance to keep the game fair and fun.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by those stores according to their policies. "Remove ads" purchases can be restored from the game's shop on the same store account.
Free versions of our games show ads provided by third parties. Rewarded ads are optional.
We work hard to keep our games running, but they are provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features or games at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Three Lemurs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our games.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
